America's favorite pizza topping is pepperoni which figures on 36% of all pizza orders equating to a whopping 251,770,000 pounds. In England we prefer chicken as our favorite.

Anchovies are officially our least favorite topping both in the UK and US. Extravagant toppings gain ground in the popularity stakes include oysters, artichoke hearts, dandelions, crayfish, Cajun shrimp and venison.

Strange but true, some of the most popular international toppings include pickled ginger, minced mutton, tofu, Mayo Jaga and green peas.
