DiGiorno Thin Crispy Crust Supreme Pizza Review

My first thought after I took a bit out of our DiGiorno Thin Crispy Crust Supreme Pizza was that it was the best frozen pizza that I have ever tasted. And I never really got over that first impression from the first bite through the last; it really is that good.

First impressions are everything. We opened the pizza box and plastic to behold a pizza that looked remarkably like the one on the outside of the box, albeit frozen. The toppings were generous (and listed in detail on the front of the box.) We cooked the pizza following the directions on the back of the box (plus some extra time for altitude) and then the pizza really did look like the one on the box. Vegetables were well toasted, with a flavorful cooked darkness on the edges. Toppings were evenly distributed and abundant; there were no "blank areas" where toppings were neglected. Every bite was delicious.

The pizza crust as thin and crunchy, but with a consistent texture that kept the crust from breaking into little pieces. The crust came out perfectly browned without any burn spots.

To date, this is our favorite frozen pizza. We can't recommend it highly enough.

Overall Rating: 10/10
